We want you to love your Mon Purse items for as long as possible,
which is why we source superior materials and ensure every item is crafted with care.

MON PRODUCTS

Everything you purchase from Mon Purse is covered by a 12-month warranty. Mon Purse ensures that any product failure occurring within this timeframe will be resolved to the satisfaction of the client with either a repair, replacement, or refund. 

Please note: General wear and tear is not covered by our warranty.

We define general wear and tear as any minor damage that may arise from normal, regular use of a product. Both leather and hardware may incur some scuffs or marks from being carried and used regularly, which is within the nature of the materials, rather than being classified as a fault.

For example, the metal feet of your bag may become scuffed from being placed on rough surfaces. This would be general wear and tear. A piece of hardware coming loose within the first 12 months with normal wear, however, would be covered under warranty as it is not an expected outcome of regular use.

If your Mon Purse item is looking less than perfect, please contact our customer support team at support@monpurse.com for further information regarding your options and the validity of your warranty.

MONOGRAMMING

We offer a lifetime warranty on our monogramming.

Your monogram is hand crafted and every personalised item is unique for each customer. So the position and look of monograms may vary slightly to what is shown on our website.  If you believe that your monogram is not correct, please reach out to our customer support team at support@monpurse.com with any images you can provide and any further information that could assist our team.

If your monogram is fading, feel free to send the item back to us and have the item re-monogrammed free of charge. You will need to cover the cost of the postage back to us but we will send the item back to you free of charge as well. Please email our customer support team at support@monpurse.com before returning to us.

NOTE: Please ensure your items are sent back registered and insured as we cannot accept liability for items not received.
