We are passionate about ensuring that you are completely happy with your purchase. We are happy to refund any new, unused, and non-personalised product purchased from our website within 14 days of you receiving your parcel.

In the unlikely event that your MON Purse product is faulty, we are more than happy to assess this for you. This can usually be done over email We will then advise if you are eligible for an exchange or a replacement item depending on the nature of the fault, and the age of the product. Please send a photograph of the fault, as well as your order number to support@monpurse.com and we will get back to you inside 24 hours. 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

To make a return:

  • Flick us a message at support@monpurse.com to let us know you're going to return an item
  • Re-package the item(s) you’d like to return
  • Post the package to: MON Purse, 6 Bay Road, Taren Point, NSW, 2229
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by MON Purse
