At MON we are passionate about ensuring that you are completely happy with your purchase. We are happy to refund any new, unused, and non-personalised product purchased from our website within 14 days of you receiving your parcel.

If your MON product is faulty, we are more than happy to assess this for you. We will then advise if you are eligible for an exchange or a replacement item depending on the nature of the fault, and the age of the product. Please send a photograph of the fault, as well as your order number to support@monpurse.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

To make a return:

  • Fill out the delivery form provided with your items.
  • Re-package the item/s you’d like to return.
  • Post the package to: MON, Showroom 5, Building 1A, 35- 39 Bourke Road, Alexandria, NSW, 2015, Australia.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are NOT covered by MON
